In the latest 2010 J.D. Power & Associates New Home Builder Customer Satisfaction Survey, John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods took top honors for highest customer satisfaction. Following closely was Ryland Homes.
Conspicuously absent from the list was Traton Homes. This now marks back-to-back consecutive years in which Traton Homes has failed to even make the J.D. Power list for customer satisfaction.
A quick review of comments about Traton Homes shows that customer service at Traton Homes has been steadily declining.
